Connect Billplz to EasyStore

This guide walks you through connecting Billplz to your EasyStore store. Once connected, customers can pay using FPX, card, and e-wallet payments directly on your EasyStore checkout page.
Before you begin
- A verified Billplz account with at least one active collection. A collection is where your payments are grouped — if you have not created one yet, see Create a Collection ID
- An active EasyStore store with admin access
- Activate the payment methods you want to offer on your Billplz account first — only activated methods appear at checkout
Step 1: Add Billplz as a payment method
In your EasyStore admin, go to Settings > Payments. Click Add payment method and select Billplz.



Step 2: Set display name and description
Enter your preferred Display Name and Description. These are shown to customers on the checkout payment selection page.

Step 3: Connect your Billplz account
Click Connect. You are redirected to the Billplz log-in page.
Log in with your Billplz credentials to authorize the connection. After authorization, you are redirected back to EasyStore. Confirm that Billplz is now enabled is selected.

Step 4: Select your collection
Under Choose Billplz collection, select the collection you want to use for EasyStore payments from the dropdown.
Click Done.

Step 5: Set transaction charges (optional)
If you want to pass transaction charges to customers, select a charge type:
- No transaction charges — customers pay the order total only (default)
- Transaction charge by percentage — adds a percentage of the order total
- Transaction charge by fixed amount — adds a fixed MYR amount
- Percentage and fixed amount — combines both
Enter the percentage or amount if applicable.

Step 6: Save and verify
Click Save. Billplz is now active as a payment method on your EasyStore store. Place a test order to confirm payments process correctly.
