Redirect payout to a new bank account

Bank account details cannot be edited on an existing organization account. How you move to a new bank account depends on whether your current account is still active.
Your current bank account is still active — Create a new organization account with your new bank details. This is the standard process for changing banks.
Your current bank account is closed — Request an emergency payout redirect by emailing Billplz Support.
If your current bank account is still active
Create a new organization account with your new bank details, set up your collections and integrations on the new account, then close the old organization once the transition is complete.

If your current bank account is closed
This service is for merchants whose bank account has been closed or is otherwise unusable, resulting in rejected payouts.
Before you begin
Confirm you have:
- Your current verified bank account number registered with Billplz
- Your new bank account number (must be verified with your bank)
- Access to your Billplz login email
The new bank account must be registered under the same organization name as your current Billplz account.

Step 1: Email the redirection request
Send an email from your Billplz login email address to team@billplz.com with the following details:
Replace the placeholders with your actual account details.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation
Billplz will send a confirmation to your organization's email address once the redirection is processed. This service is free of charge.
