Check your current membership plan

Your membership plan determines your transaction rates and feature access. You can view your current plan, renewal date, and auto-renewal status from your dashboard.

Step 1: Locate the Credit Balance dropdown

In the top navigation bar, find Credit Balance next to your current credit amount.

Step 2: View your membership details

For Standard and Enterprise plans:

Click the dropdown button (downward arrow icon) next to Credit Balance. A panel displays:

• Your current plan name
• Subscription period (start date – end date)
• Auto-renewal status (ON or OFF)

For Basic Plan:

There is no dropdown button. Hover over the info icon (i) next to Credit Balance to see how to purchase credit in advance.
